Why is fitness important?

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

Why do so many people seem to hate Nickelback? They're competent and entertaining, and while they certainly aren't the absolute best music, they're still a fun listen.

I’m back after a long hiatus.

I know , I know.

Why is my vagina swollen, it’s very itchy. I had sex we used protection, but day after it felt like my insides had a heartbeat as well as itching, the pulsing has went away but it is still itchy and my discharge is yellow, i'm 15, what could it be?

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.
